Shipping & Returns

Delivery times and costs vary for each country and product.

All UK orders have free shipping.
All orders are shipped in 1-2 working days and are sent 2nd class with Royal mail.

International orders will be sent in 1-2 working days on an 'international standard'  5-7 working day delivery with Royal Mail. 
These are not sent with tracking. If you would like tracking please get in touch before you order for a quote.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, especially around busy times of the year, international post can sometimes have delays. Please be aware of this when purchasing and allow the allotted time laid out in our F&Q for delayed post.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Countries in the EU may have to pay any import tax to receive their parcel. Please check with your countries customs for information on these charges.

I accept returns and cancellations.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 28 days of delivery. Once 28 days has passed from delivery unfortunately I will not be able to offer a refund.
Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
I cannot accept returns for a custom or personalised order unless it is damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. For International returns the original postage cannot be refunded.
Please contact me before returning an item so I can advise on the return procedure. The buyer will need to purchase compensation with the postal service they are using in case the item is returned damaged. If the parcel is returned damaged I will not be able to refund and the buyer will then be responsible for claiming the full compensation with the shipping company they have used. 
If a parcel is returned to me by the postal service due to fees not being paid or the parcel was not collected in the allotted time, I will refund, minus any shipping costs and fees I have incurred.
