I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET
I hope your parcel arrives with no delays but unfortunately some disruption to services is inevitable. Please allow at least 14 working days (for UK) and 25 working days (for international post) from the due delivery date before notifying me. Please also wait no longer than an additional 4 weeks to do so. I can then arrange a new delivery.
DOES MY POST HAVE TRACKING?
None of our items are sent with tracking. If you would like tracking or a faster delivery please get in touch for a quote before ordering.
MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED WHAT DO I DO?
If your parcel arrives damaged please get in touch to let me know. you will need to keep the packaging and item and send me photos of these so a compensation claim can be made. A new item will be sent to replace the damaged item.
